1. Preface

Swaraj Trust is a charitable trust, established in 2015. The entire income received from the Swaraj Trust or the institutions established by the Trust is used only for charitable purposes such as providing food, clothing, education and health facilities to the needy and for animal welfare and environmental protection. Swaraj Research Institute has been established by Swaraj Trust for the development and dissemination of knowledge, enhancement of education, employment oriented, technical, vocational, skill development based education, computer and other modern training programs for students/ researchers/ teachers/ academicians/ experts/ professionals/ employees and general public. Swaraj Research Institute has been established to achieve the objectives of encouraging/honoring various talented individuals and institutions for their academic, social, professional development, professional expertise and outstanding performance and for developing and promoting research work, organizing seminars, research programs and publishing research.

2. Objective 

Swaraj Research Institute has the following objectives:-

a. Our principal objective is a commitment to advance knowledge academically and institutionally and to promote academic, scientific research and originality.

b. The objectives of Swaraj Trust are to organize and disseminate knowledge to the students/ researchers/ academicians/ experts/ teachers/ professionals/ staff and to disseminate knowledge among the general public and to achieve the growth and development of education through-

i. Organization of events (meetings, meetings, seminars, general rallies, public meetings, fairs and awareness programs, competitions, Competitions etc.) and,
ii. Organizing incentive programs (distribution of certificates, certificates, certificates, mementos, mementos, awards, scholarships, fellowships, medals or other incentives, etc.) and,
iii. Membership programs (granting membership to students/ researchers/ teachers/ academics/ experts/ professionals/ employees and other persons related to education and research and research institutions, etc.).

Organizing research programs in the field of international and national subjects and organizing/sponsoring in collaboration with institutions at national and international level/joint meetings, meetings, symposia, conferences, seminars, workshops, symposiums, general meetings, public meetings, fairs and awareness programs, competitions, competitions, educational programs and corporate training programs etc.

d. Students/ researchers/ teachers/ academicians/ experts / To organize membership programs to become members of the Institute at international, national and state level for the use of professionals/ employees and dissemination of knowledge among the general public and for the growth and development of education and to enter into Memorandum of Understanding (MOU/MOA/MOC) with the Research Institute for academic exchange, knowledge sharing, organizing/ sponsoring community development programs and events with educational institutions, colleges, universities, schools, industries, companies and firms.

e. Research Institute Publishing/printing of national and international research magazines/journals/research journals, books etc. related to the above objectives a, b and c of the Research Institute with/without ISSN.

f. Awards, prizes, certificates to the students/ researchers/ teachers/ academicians/ experts/ professionals/ employees and institutions for their educational, social and professional development and encouragement related to the above objectives a, b, c and d of the Research Institute. To distribute certificates, certificates, mementos, mementos, scholarships, fellowships, medals or other incentives and to provide other incentives including free membership for studies, books, research materials, educational kits, event entry passes, etc.

g. To coordinate with institutions, trusts, committees, societies, organizations, institutions, etc. with similar objectives of the Research Institute to organize/sponsor events related to the above programs.

3. Conference 

Swaraj Research Institute (SRI) organizes research programs in the fields of education, literature, language, social sciences, humanities, law, management, commerce, medicine, technology, environment, international and national subjects for the benefit of students/ researchers/ teachers/ academicians/ experts/ professionals/ employees and for dissemination of knowledge among the general public and for growth and development of education and in collaboration with institutions at national and international level/in collaboration with/joint meetings, meetings, seminars, conferences, conferences, Organizes/sponsors seminars, workshops, symposiums, general meetings, public meetings, fairs and awareness programs, competitions, competitions, educational programs and corporate training programs etc.
Swaraj Research Institute (SRI) provides all necessary facilities to academicians, researchers and institutions for organizing seminars, conferences and workshops in India or abroad with the prime objective of pursuing research in various disciplines. These seminars provide an opportunity to researchers, academicians, policy-makers, industry partners and other stakeholders to exchange research findings as well as original innovations and unique ideas. Seminars and conferences generate significant academic output-oriented literature on contemporary issues while anticipating future challenges.

a. Swaraj Conference 
Swaraj Research Institute (SRI), on its own, organizes research programs in the field of international and national topics and organizes seminars, conferences and workshops in India or abroad with the prime objective of furthering research in various subjects at the national and international level.

ii. International Conferences.

b. Organizing/sponsoring conferences 
Swaraj Research Institute (SRI) organizes research programs in the fields of education, literature, language, social sciences, humanities, law, management, commerce, medicine, technology, arts, environment, international and national subjects for dissemination of knowledge and growth and development of education and in collaboration with institutions at national and international level through joint meetings, gatherings, seminars, conferences, conferences, seminars, workshops, symposiums, general meetings, public meetings, fairs and awareness. Organizes/sponsors events, competitions, competitions, educational programs and corporate training programs etc. 
Swaraj Research Institute (SRI) provides all necessary facilities to academicians, researchers and institutions for conducting seminars, conferences and workshops in India or abroad with the prime objective of pursuing research in various disciplines.

4. Awards 

To distribute awards, prizes, certificates, certificates, honor cards, mementos, mementos, scholarships, fellowships, medals or other incentives to the students/ researchers/ teachers/ academicians/ experts/ professionals/ employees and institutions for their educational, social and professional development and encouragement related to the above objectives a, b, c and d of Swaraj Research Institute and to provide other kind of assistance which includes free membership for study, This includes distribution of incentives like books, research material, educational kits, program entry passes etc.

C. Educational Incentive Award – 
Awarded by Swaraj Research Institute to all the students/ researchers/ teachers/ academicians/ employees, schools, higher education institutions and various committees, organizations and for the excellent/ best educational/ accomplishment done by them in the career counseling programs, symposia, conferences, seminars, workshops, general meetings, public meetings, fairs, awareness programs, competitions, competitions and educational programs organized/ sponsored by the Institute. 
Swaraj Research Institute provides awards, certificates, certificates, felicitations, mementos, medals, scholarships, books for study, free membership, educational kits; program entry passes etc. for co- educational results, presentations, performances, participation and incentives.

You can apply for the award by submitting the application and necessary fees as per the guidelines of the award section.

D. Selection Process –
i. Selection Committee-
Selection Committee will be formed for the distribution of all the awards given by Swaraj Research Institute which will consist of five members in which a Chairman (Trust Member) and four members will be appointed.

ii. Eligibility Determination-
Selection Committee will determine the necessary qualifications/achievements according to various subjects/fields for distribution of awards.

iii. Application Invitation-

Selection Committee will invite online applications through the website of the Trust/Institute/Journal for distribution of awards.

iv. Publicity – The Selection Committee will publicize the award distribution program through social media and online facilities for award distribution.

v. Selection of candidates – The selection committee will select suitable candidates for distribution of awards on the basis of required qualifications / achievements as per various subjects / areas.

vi. Final list – The decision of the selection committee for distribution of awards will be final and will send the final list of candidates prepared to the Deputy Director (Conference and Awards).

vii. Universal and binding – After the final list of candidates sent by the selection committee to the Deputy Director is signed by the Director, the final list will be universal and binding on which no suit will be accepted. viii. Award distribution – Award distribution by Swaraj Research Institute at national and international conferences, meetings, symposiums, conferences, seminars, workshops, symposiums, general meetings, public meetings, fairs and awareness programs determined by the institute. This will be done in programs, competitions, competitions, educational programs, career counseling programs and corporate training programs.

5. Disclaimer

a. All awards given by Swaraj Research Institute are fully valid and universally recognized for the outstanding and outstanding display of educational/co- educational qualifications, professional expertise and achievements of the individual or institution concerned and being an institute governed by the prestigious Swaraj Trust, the selection process followed by it is transparent and suitable candidates are selected by the experts in its selection committee, no claim will be entertained against the award given by Swaraj Research Institute. 
b. All awards given by Swaraj Research Institute are strictly valid and prestigious for demonstrating the educational/co- educational qualifications, professional expertise and achievements of the individual or institution concerned. Accordingly, Swaraj Research Institute/ Swaraj Trust does not claim that any award/honor awarded by the Institute/Trust will be useful for selection, recruitment or interview in any Government service.
c. Swaraj Research Institute, a non-profit and charitable trust governed by Swaraj Trust, charges invitation costs (expenses for website, publicity, printing and distribution) for all awards and utilizes its income for charitable purposes. Therefore, the awards of the Institute are not paid awards. Thereafter, Swaraj Research Institute/ Swaraj Trust does not in any way claim to have been selected for the award after any candidate has deposited the application fee for the award. Selection is done on the basis of merit and achievements.
